Its not official until the US bankruptcy judge approves this ... A group of debitors are objecting. "Someone is shorting this" heavy and about to get REALLY screwed ... If Edward Lampert gets "APPROVED" by the bankruptcy judge this week. Than ALL hell breaks loose.
