Sorry but the O/s is maxed and they can't issue anymore shares at the moment if you haven't noticed the Level 2 has been clean of toxic debt mm's. And sometimes MM's like OTCX will route retail, but we haven't even seen him yet.

ASCM shorts and also is known to load positions, he was on the bid for awhile yesterday!

Huge things coming together here. More things on the way.
