We awaken each morning thankful that we are in a warm bed and having a roof over our heads and breakfast if we want it. And as we lay there we feel rested in the calmness of a new morning and we kinda evaluate ourselves to rejoice in no new sickness or no new pain...or...we rejoice in the fact that our sickness or pain isnt worse than when we went to bed...and...within that first few seconds or so we come to realize that we have been given another day of life all by Gods loving grace and mercy and love and we are thankful for our life as we know it. However...as thankful as i am...the reality of life in these human bodies..i realize that any day...any minute...that my human life could change in any number of ways that could make my life not so pleasant. Not being negative here folks just a fact of life. Yes...at any moment an accident...sickness...mind numbing event could come my way...even death. Thats just one of the reasons i want to embrace life...embrace love...and enjoy the blessing God has giving me in this season of my life. And to enjoy the time i have with others as this life as i now know it in the here and now...can be taken from me at any moment! Yes...we need to love each other as if there is no tomorrow because there may not be! We like to think that we have plenty of time but thats not always the case and even a long life is a short life in this human body. But if that is Gods will...for tragedy or death to visit me soon...then i give Him the praise and thanks for these past 23 years of knowing Him as my Redeemer and for all He has done in my life. I could care less about the past outside my testimony to others and i know not what the future holds. However this i do know. My Lord and my Savior lives....and no matter what comes my way He will give me all that i need to sustain me and see me through till that day He calls me home! I refuse to let satan and the world defeat me and steal the peace...joy and contentment that i have found through JESUS! Please my friends...Say today what needs to be said...do today what needs to be done...love today those who need to be loved...dont live life depending on or waiting on tomorrow...because...tomorrow may never come!
