Yes mainly because of the union drivers, costs from overexpansion/acquisitions, YRCW wen through a reorg and stock price was driven down... but for an instance after the entire reorg occurred, the PPS skyrocketed and that is when I (after hanging on couple years through it all) sold my entire stock position in YRCW for around 25.00... it fell from there and over past few years kept falling NEVER to ever recoup, and now we see it again where it is going...
