Donot believe it is Boogaloo’s intention to buy any vessels. The Banks will not be there to support and the capital markets are closed for him. He took both his companies ( Paragon and Box) dark so that everybody forgets them. It should be investigated by the authorities and the SEC what happened in these companies and ended up without vessels and funds.
Two of the major shareholders of Box have contacted the company asking clarifications. And it seems several other investors are eager to file a lawsuit against Boogaloo.
