We had long debates on this.
Maybe OTCQB does not allow such a super fast move, but heck, I have even seen such things happening.

Whoever wants to invest in an OTCQB stock can do it, it just might be a bit more work for some - that's all.
I count on the time lagged correction, since we already have proven all HIV-1 efficacy point in late stage human trial and cancer efficacy in pre-clinical trials.
The letter even supported by peer reviewed papers (cough cough).
