MONTREAL, Dec. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HPQ Silicon Resources Inc (“HPQ”) (TSX Venture: HPQ) is pleased to inform shareholders that, pursuant to the Plan of Arrangement and the Arrangement with Beauce Gold Fields Inc. (BGF), HPQ declares the special dividends stemming therefrom and that December 24, 2018 will be the Record Date for the distribution and the dividends consist of 10,680,000 Beauce Gold Fields common shares.
