that's another one of those $64 questions.. Don't think anybody knows with any certainty the (when) factor.. There are some countries that the electrical system is not up to required standards and the efficiency would have to be maximized (nothing to do with McDonald's) somehow.. The BRIC countries you mention certainly should be high target areas.. Don't see anything worthwhile within those areas, anytime soon.. Believe that is a bit more longer range..

There are developments in some developed countries but the news is slim pickins lately, as well.. We may have to bathe this baby a few more times and sprinkle on more powder.. At some point though, this baby is going to start kicking and screaming and we will all sit up and take notice!!

Just so this baby doesn't burp up on us, but at this time, I don't think so...so don't turn around and run the other way... JMHO
