More subtle, is the importance of the shares owned by CMH (not CMTH) and TW.
Specifically the type of shares they are. they ARE COMMON STOCKS.

I will not get into my interpretation and details of it, just know this fact:


When TW starts selling,
or
when The shares held change in designation from common stock shares to anything else, then I will reconsider...
