Not sure what we'd get or who would take the case... there obviously isn't any money in this shell or anyone in charge. Welch sold off assets and basically did a dump and run 6 months ago with not a word from the supposed new CEO.

Meanwhile the website is still out of existence. I wouldn't say lawsuit, but more like securities fraud at this point. I bet there never way a new CO, just fabricated 'news'.
