Business Purchase Agreements are not filed with the Alabama SOS. That is is a falicy repeated over and over. I asked the Alabama Securities Commission if there would be copies filed any where and they said the State would not have copies. Asking for copies is a fools errand as no such documents exist and never will. Everything was done 3 months ago. It is now a historical fact.
