Completely False, Strickland did not resign. 1) Paul Strickland is with SPRV as Treasurer and Secretary. He is a Director as well. 2) OTCMarkets financials are not complicated - OTC Markets does not even review the disclosures and those provided are not reviewed by any regulatory agency. The company pays an annual fee to OTC Markets, what they do after that is entirely on their own. Currently SPRV is Dark, there have been No financials submitted in over 2 1/2 years.

Soon is an indeterminate timeframe.

Paul Strickland did resign and gave up all positions with the company as stated on the supplemental information sheet...He is no longer with the company in any capacity and Rod has stated the long process of completing financials is almost done and will be submitted soon
