JMO, clay is an oil and gas man. Unfortunately, the deals he got into, were bad, his fault totally given his experience.

The MJ plan was easy to fall into and raise capital via dilution. But, websites take mucho time, effort and money to gain any traction.

Obviously, the websites are failures.

Having been in game for several years, Clay realizes he needs a revenue producing biz that can grow.

Hence the mobile car wash which probably is Rod newco, that washes the vans of his scams.

JMO, Clay thinks he can grow the mobile car wash biz, as mundane as it is and probably give rod some shares and percent of gross revenue.

It may work, problem is, Clay is not in Northern Cal to develop the biz. So probably wont succeed
