I saw it.
The only thing to note is that New York has an odd naming protocol for their courts. The Supreme Court, unlike in most states, and nationally, is NOT the highest court in the state, but is the court of original jurisdiction for civil cases. The Court of Appeals is the highest court in New York.

The Court of Appeals, sitting in Albany and consisting of seven judges, is the state's highest court. The Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court is the principal intermediate appellate court. The New York State Supreme Court is the trial court of general jurisdiction in civil cases statewide and in criminal cases in New York City.
