The man who won the California lottery a few years ago and took home $180,000,000 has his home up for sale to the tune of $26,000,000. It's located up the street from my home.

Well, I don't exactly mean up my street but up in a mountain community about four miles up the road.

He's an extremely minor acquaintance of mine, something that I have not been able to improve upon since I've known him.

The house is somewhat larger than mine at 16,000 square feet. It comes with 845 acres of trees and pasture, a sauna, elevator, 17-seat theater, 4,000 square foot garage, and a herd of buffalo that occupy the pasture. Included in the price is a steak house that he built in the town. The food is good.

He bought the house for $5,000,000 so essentially he won the lottery again.

If I were you I'd try a low ball offer, say fifteen million. He was a construction drywaller before he won the lottery and he would probably give you a good deal if it was on a cash basis.
