To me Aweztein-

It’s obvious. I haven’t called LRS or Ecolocap recently. I have about 3 months ago, spoken to both companies- and the way Handley has been operating lately, (and through my dd on Handley) my “guess” is that he’s making sure all issues are covered and can be resolved before taking another bite. Keep in mind, he has OVER 25 years of ACQUIRING BUSINESSES. When he started back working for Pricewaterhousecoopers in Egypt, to the Last (Aldridge Electric)- he’s pulled businesses out of the deep mud and turned them into profits.

So my thought- he’s careful. Extremely methodical, and he will not move until he feels it’s a proven benefit for the company to move forward.

Take the case of Samari AE. They have more recycling areas of distribution and sorting than the one at the Heartland Location. So, why didn’t he buy MORE??? First, he wants to make sure it works in all conditions. That the bugs are worked out, and so as they acquire more companies and territories, he will have to buy more of these sorters..

That same idea and thought process works in the same direction as the digester purchase back in 9/17. Why buy one that works effectively without buying more to meet the demand?

Makes no sense to stop. Otherwise, LRS would also had stopped undercutting WM and would’ve been happy with the territory they already have.

That’s not LRS’s Mission Plan. They want to be a cut ahead of their competition. Those two machines place them ahead of the curve..

Also- Terraplenish has an agreement with LRS for the “foreseeable” future. That was from the owner when I briefly spoke to her...whoop! Whoop- that was a mid December conversation...

Lol
