Having been advised that your loan amount was off by a factor of 5 I would've expected you to be a little more careful about how you characterized its benefit to him and/or its cost to the Company. Look into the terms of his loan and the sweeteners provided over the years, then maybe you can try and sell that index fund rate mumbo-jumbo in further detail for me.

I have no idea why you consider the value of his loan versus the salary he draws to be a meaningful comparison. They don't relate at all.
