So here's the question:
If all these lawsuits are bogus, and filed without a "contractual basis", why doesn't HHSE file an answer, state its defense, or counterclaim, and seek to have the lawsuits dismissed?

That's what real companies, with real management, do every day, if/when a "bogus" lawsuit is filed against them.

HHSE is the first company I have ever seen that ignores the lawsuit, waits until a default judgment is entered, and then states its defense to the lawsuit not in a court filing, but on it's company blog.

Only when the creditors are seizing assets, does HHSE take action, and then it is far more expensive, than it would have been to file a responsive pleading in the first place. Case in point is the photographer's case, that cost AT LEAST $15,000 (that we know of) to resolve, when the original claim was for a measly $1,000.

Can anyone tell me why HHSE handles lawsuits in such a moronic fashion?
