Three thing that has to change with the SEC, OTC Markets, ASAP:

1. A Company can not PR a significant event while in the Dark (STOP SIGN).

2. No one should benefit when this occurs.

3. A Company must be current for a least 3, 6, 9, 12, months before they can in act a RS, the timeframe needs to be a established.

This might be my lifes mission and I've never lost in anything I've done.
