IMO...there is at least a 50% chance the car wash buyout is never finalized; however, if it is announced as finalized, the terms of the transaction, including the price BAYP paid, will never be publicly disclosed to the BAYP shareholders, i.e. the folks who actually paid the acquisition bill!
