...Can't think of any other operation that would have their lender state misleading comments...

By any reasonable reading of post #254127, you are accusing IPIX of either coercing or conspiring with Aspire to put out "misleading" comments in order to prop up the stock (commit securities fraud) and that the company is a Ponzi scheme.

Do you have any evidence that they requested, conspired with, or forced Aspire to make any of their "misleading" comments in an effort to increase the stock price?

What you accuse IPIX of doing is a serious crime. Making such accusations without evidence can also have serious repricussions and could leave one open to defamation suits.

Are you certain this is what you mean by your words? I think you have either badly misjudged the integrity of IPIX or have a very poor choice of words.
