BWA HA HA HA HA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

But I wonder if Diwan, Taraporewala, and company have considered selling off a business interest in the herpes topical skin creme drugs, rather than issuing new shares at this price and in the process severely diluting and marginalizing the existing NNVC shareholders.

For instance, they could come up with some kind of deal where they offer a percentage of the herpes topical skin creme (HSV-1, HSV-2, and VZV) drugs sales (ahead of TheraCour) to pay back investors until they are made whole for their investment, and thereafter a percentage of the earnings on the drugs after direct expenses are charged off. There might be some agreement that 80% of the proceeds of the offering would be used for direct costs to advance the herpes topical skin creme drugs, and would not be used to pay administrative salaries.

If they could find interest in such a deal, this would allow them proof of concept without having to dilute the equity of the entire company and all future drugs.

This could potentially be done in a way that would eventually allow the owners of such interest to freely and publicly trade their interest.

Just because you can doesn't mean you should.
