There is no way possible that you could know what they filed in regards to the new business move. All that I have seen so far was the PR you and I were discussing a couple days ago.
It is my opinion the attorney letter indicates that was included by the last two statements in the attorney letter. Can I prove that ? No , I certainly can not at this time.
Its just a hunch by the conversation I had with the gentleman on the phone from the OTC market desk in NEW YORK.

I don't expect the CE to even be lifted this week. I doubt OTC Markets have had enough time to go through all the documents that were given to them by Kaly
