But looking at the chart, it's indicating movement.
That movement (either way it goes) should be significant.

It doesn't seem to trend to the upside despite recent news.

The market is often a good BS detector.
Not to say moves by insiders and other interests won't attempt to change the trend.
But today was not a good trading day for TTCM.
