1) Bill Aul did his undergraduate work for a degree in economics in Wisconsin. Economics....nice....

2) Aul then went to Virginia and earned an MBA (Masters in Business Administration)....Wowza again....

3) From there he went to law school in CA as we all know and earned his JD and passed the CA BAR and has now practiced SEC law specifically, for 38 plus years now.

So, GIFX has a guy with an economics degree AND an MBA.. William M. Aul is not only a securities law professor, but when he organizes a speaking and "dinner party" event for the University, he invites thee Chairman of the Sec (who he knows personally) and the guy shows up.

The SEC Chairman is appointed by thee United States President.
