Who sell's their shares a day or 2 before an $18 million acquisition announcement that doubles company revenues and their logistical footprint, therefore, tremendously increasing the value of this company. Watch and Learn! LOL I know a shareholder that did it long ago in Jan 2018 in the $.019 range before a run to $.26, and it cost that shareholder hundreds of thousands.

Selling shares at $.019 prior to run to $.26 would have been my biggest failure. Glad it wasn't me!! ;-)
