Filed the 2018 10k just now. That's pretty good news. Can't be long now until they find a MM and get back to trading on the pink sheets or even OTCQB. O/S is super low, as of right now only 21 million shares outstanding.

This little tidbit below from the 10k sounds pretty good to me. Looks like they had an offering at 30 cents just recently. Stock should move towards that price again once it is trading on the pinks again.


"In October and December 2018, the Company entered into purchase agreements with certain purchasers pursuant to which the Company offered to the purchasers, in a registered direct offering, an aggregate of 160,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, with a purchase price of $0.30 per share. The Company received gross proceeds of $48,000"
