This is the same BS we've been hearing over and over again. There is no acquisition, just an "agreement" for an acquisition. With the standard disclaimers in the 8k, this "agreement " could be as informal as Steve Helm and this sealcoating guy sitting in a bar talking big stuff with no tangible merit. And how is sealcoating major "technology and infrastructure" focus? I have a guy that does my driveway every couple of years for $120. He buys a pail of the crap from Home Depot and slathers it on.
