VSPC has a long history of failure. This is not my opinion it is based on good DD and just simply looking at what the Nutty leadership publicly said and then what happened. I would recommend that anyone with 30-40 min of spare time look back at the public PRs from VSPC. Then compare the nutty VSPC public PRs to what actually happened.

It is very apparent that NOTHING they pushed in PRs or statements in the financial documents ever came to pass. NOTHING!

I know many many people have lost a lot of money on this Green POS. But hopefully lesson learned. Investing in Green ideas sounds noble, but the space is tough. Couple that with completely inept senior leadership and you get exactly where VSPC is today. Nuts are a poor choice to run companies.


They are WORTHLESS. The GKG thing crashed years ago, then they pivoted to POT. That of course went no where. They only thing they would have know about POT is how to smoke it. They knew virtually nothing about GKG either.

There are still some out there that are still cheerleading claiming others are "out of the loop". Well as an engineering and management professional who is in the space, my opinion is that VSPC has been out of the loop since they started selling the green dream.

No customers, no employees, no money, no leadership.

THey have no debt which is about the only thing they have going for it.

Nutty ideas and Nutty leadership gives NUTTY RESULTS or in this case the took a lot of money and poured it down the drain!
