From what I've read. There is 1-3 billion on the table...why not try to give investors zip....

I believe there is a underlying trigger ... I also believe April is hard line...

I've also heard 2-3 investors will be very happy... With the outcome...

2.4 billion shares went somewhere. Based on 29.9 billion x 333. That leaves around 2.9 billion. If someone has 2.4 billion then the float is 400-500 million.

However 2.4 billion + 4 x 240 = 960 million and dutv plus what is left at PTEL is worth 167 million Tora. You are nearing the SS of Blue Bulll at 3.510 billion.

Guess we need to settle corporate. I was already asked and declined a board seat years ago.... Guess someone will then need buy my position. I ain't giving it away.
