Unfortunately, we are a ways from "confirming an uptrend" here.

First we need to confirm the bottom is in and that won't happen until we are quite a bit further from a penny.

Everybody says they are loading, but the price does not reflect this, though the action has been better the last week or so as CELZ holds above a penny.

If there was a lot of loading going on the price would reflect this.
