Here is what mark said yesterday to do:
" call Td-Aturd and ask them to send you a photo or copy of your restricted certificate and then send it to Mark with your ph. number. he told me he would send it to the T/A and see what he can do to help."

or text me your number and I will call Mark and give it to him to call You! I did not ask his permission to give out his personal ph #.

The T/A has the opinon letter and you to can get a copy from Mark for free also. TD-Aturd can't charge a fee for opinin that was wrote for free by GCAN's legal Dept. TD-Aturd is the problem not GCAN.
