New offering price is minimum -- they are just readjusting standards b/c of the reality of the depressed stock price. 300M shares are not hitting the market @ .0018 -- some don't see what is going on, this is a real company -- in an undeveloped space, which has significant demand. Becoming very bullish -- let's see what they have been working on behind the scenes.
