LIHT's Canadian facility is very environmentally conscious.

As far as having a cultivation facility such as this one...around a community...this I would think would be far superior...to having say a gas station/convenience store. A cultivation facility is by nature...a low profile...high security operation. Bringing jobs to the community is a big plus. Environment and community disruption/safety considerations....a cultivation facility would beat a gas station, or most other businesses any day IMHO.

We have found a way to work with the regulators and are moving forward on the other eight buildings. I never saw this as a big obstacle. Once you have put up a building and foundation for a second...the natural appeal of the land has changed...it doesn't matter anymore whether it's two buildings or ten.

Flooring material is an easy work around.

Hamilton and LIHT won the battle.
