just imho,

its equity interest in subs, not a claim ....
thats why i think it will not be an asset for distributions to creditors,
and it will not be showing in the balancesheet.... (its only prepared for distributions for creditors)

in the distributions docs, they will never showing equity distribution class, but the others classes well. but we know there is equity distribution.


i know you have an other opinion :)
