There are no patents under the shell SFIO. SFIO today is a empty shell with no filings since 2011 when the SEC shut them down with a permanent revokation. The old Smokefree is long gone those patents were sold and clearly belong to RAI / RJR. The SEC permanently revoked them back in 2011 when this stock was shut down and went to the grey sheets with a DTCC. There is no company in this SFIO shell. Contact the old CEO he will give you the truth! Someone paid to get SFIO trading to sell old shares that could not be sold since 2011. There was about 1.5 billion in liabilities so you can see who would want to at least get some of their money back.
