Sonny doesn’t refute anything I say, the only thing he says is he does research at his university if I recall that snippet you pasted.

I am not debating on whether they spent money on an r&d agreement or not, that’s in the 10k. The notion that sonny is paying him and his research team money is not true and supported by zero facts. If you believe the agreement is with zimmer then that means amedica would have had to be paying Sonny’s team since you believe they paid $2.5mil to them to loan to amedica. Amedica did not pay them and neither did zimmer, the entire theory falls apart to disclosure laws.
