The fake news has no bearing on the stock or the company. It was fake news issued by criminals hoping to create a quick profit on the news. The company acted quickly to squash it.
Fake news occurs frequently in the penny market, often times by a group of thugs trying to cash in on a quick pay day.

We are currently waiting on filings, followed by news. Filings should be issud before the end of January.
