Is the 100 million shares increase is still in a preliminary stage? I don't see a set time or date for the shareholders like myself to vote? I saw a preliminary box check but not the definitive one. I like this company but I dont like it when companies dilute their shares. If its still a preliminary stage is there a chance that us shareholder can vote no for the increase of OS?? Im looking at Pura Natural (pnat) and they have a definitive proxy and set date and time for their shares to be increase and they have a set time and date for their shareholders. Theres 3 way to look stock dilution and they can either be good or bad. In this case are we increasing share counts to expand the business and pay down debt or have more money on our book or to put more money in the ceo and executives??? Lets help each other!!!
