I don't put much emphasis on that to be honest with you, my emphasis is to try to give a rational and conservatively where I believe the stock could potentially go to, while it always good to a have a little gravy, but people need to understand what we have here is very important. This company just emerged from BK last February. Aside from that most holding companies are on the breakout, if you notice last week most holding companies that were in real estate finance went parabolic moves on the big boards, to the tune of triple digit dollars. I believe we have something especial here. To top it off, if I believe in a stock, I will dig deeper and deeper try to find the right valuation.
