I would agree with you on this as the old KALY management was corrupt and was 100% a scam where management issued shares to line their pockets and fund their Puerto Rico “Business Trips”.

But the new Kaly under new management and a whole new business model shows extreme promise, you can’t deny that. This new CEO needs to pht his money where his mouth is and show he can execute his business model with the patented CBD extraction process and contracts proving sales.
