I dont even try to read them..

I am purely physician , and I will tell you my calculation..

I am sure you noticed as I did that Trding is a genius, and also that he can find everything on the computer and very fast , in contrary to me ....:((

I go by his numbers , and in one of the graft he brought here , there are now little over 240,000 patient in USA MDR2 and about 27K in MDR3...

Every year is expected little higher number of those patients ...

From this you can use your number what % you think will start Leronlimab.

There is no other medicine to cover MDR2 now , so I will think 100% CCR5 positive patients will go on Leronlimab , but I know in medicine is never 100% either way , so pick your number ,

and in MDR3 we have competition , IV injections of Ibalizumab for 118,000 doll a year and efficacy about 48% , ( they dont do mono )
and us , SC injection of Leronlimab with probably 75,000 doll a year price and efficacy of 81% ....

All of this is an easy choice for me , but I guess we will see soon what will happen in real life .
