FYI, at Interactive Brokers, CAVR is "close only"--meaning traders can only close positions, not buy. I've been watching this one for a while and considered a starter position but was unable to buy. No other stocks in my watch list had this provision. So that could explain some of the lack of buying pressure. Unsure if other platforms are similarly affected. GLTA
