Webb is going to need a the remaining precincts in Arlington and Fairfax to hold trend, and something special in the exurbs in Loudoun and Prince William. He's going to get thumped on the outstanding precincts in Franklin, lose in most of the rest that aren't a wash (like Henrico). Richmond is a wild card. We don't know which precincts have reported, and that will be split very starkly along racial lines.

It's going to be damned close. About the only thing I'm certain of is a recount will be triggered.
