Smokefree Innotec has many international patents also the huge patent noted here was a pending patent cited by 150 companies including RAI Holdings, RJ Reynolds, Phillip Morris and JUUL. That means all these companies have patents that were referencing SMOKE-FREE INNOTECS patent (You can clearly see Smokefree Innotec as being the owner at the bottom: https://patents.google.com/patent/US20100307518A1/en

This above mentioned Patent is mentioned prominently in these other 4 patents of RAI Holdings (RJ Reynolds Parent Company) Keep in mind if RAI Holdings is incorporating SOME ALL or PARTS of the Smokefree Innotec Patent they will have to negotiate or pay royalties for this

Look at the date on the 4th patent granted to RAI Holdings (RJ Reynolds). The date of the earliest patent granted that cites Smokefree Innotec is Dec 5 2017. The other patents follow!

I find it highly interesting that WTCG had a HUGE BLIP on trading when someone purchased 1.5 MILLION SHARES on 8/11/2017 If they were negotiating a deal with RAI Perhaps things were coming together then?

I also find it interesting that on 11/29/2017 there was the first of TWO BLIPS for volume for SFIO. There had been no blips like that for the previous almost 4 years from a week ago. This first blip on the SFIO radar was one week before the first patent owned by RAI holdings was granted. Yes, the one that cites Smokefree Innotec Patent.

Someone paid a lot of money and took a lot of work and time to get SFIO unlocked with DTCC and trading again

Someone bought a bunch of shares in the Greys on Aug 9 2018

Someone took the time and effort to update and pay for the Smokefree Innotec domain on that website on June 9 2019 exactly two mo before those shares were snapped up.

SFIO became unlocked a day prior to two of those newest patents being granted: You know! The ones that cite Smokefree Innotec patents!

SFIO trading huge huge dollar amounts and isn't crashing...big money still here.

SFIO still has international patents, I see no proof they are gone!


When did SFIO sell its rights to the international patents?
