I'm surprised point #5 and down haven't already occurred.

Here are the Nostradamus predictions of how things will likely turn out at NNVC n 2019.

(1) Dr. T departs the company soon, frustrated that Anil and Theracour will just continue to dilly-dally on actually delivering materials for a GLP package study or be able to declare a clinical candidate, as has been the case at NNVC for months and years. Dr. T will realize there is no path forward for NNVC with Anil's perennial excuses and ploys for not delivering the goods.

(2) The stock will plummet further, perhaps down to single digits.

(3) James Saperstein will come is as the new CEO. A self-promoting CEO with a track record of a failed shingles drug and driving Contravir down to a penny stock. Out of the frying pan into the fire.

(4) James Saperstein will then soon see through all of Anil’s shenanigans and that will cause additional turmoil at NNVC with the Board. Saperstein will attempt to overhaul the Board, but Anil will thwart it.

(5) Shareholders will start a “pitchforks and torches” campaign against NNVC’s management and Board, leading finally to SEC intervention. A class action shareholder lawsuit will be brought against the BOD and Diwan goiung after their assets.

(6) NNVC will collapse like a house of cards in the latter part of the year.

(7) The technology will revert to Theracour but Diwan will be unable to carry it forward himself, finding himself a lone pathetic self-destructive Nero figure, fiddling while NNVC and his Theracour burn all around him.
