yes it is, but the ask keeps climbing. I pray to God this doesn't go to no bid again. I still don't understand why JR and burks left. they had to know that there was 375k in convertible debt lingering. before they jumped into this they knew the risk. I don't believe that they made a bunch of money on this. with no one willing to steer the ship, it will be adrift for a long time. no products.....no building.....no officers to move anything along. just an empty shell with only us nuts in it.lol
