He is cleaning up shells for his friends in the UAE to take companies public imo. I fully expect to see VRUS management change with M&A. They need shares too. increase AS and execute a buyback as the price drops due to over reaction by retail.

Never need to execute a RS or increase share count imo. they can lock up a tone of shares and head straight up by staying quiet until they get the price to close at the price they want to execute a buyback at.

If he is moving on to XDSL the M&A or reverse merger here is almost final imo.
