Yup. Im out. Re-entry will look better after AS increase is finalized and the conversions hit.

I believe in the company and their business plan. But shares will be cheaper as soon as the "DEF 14A" hits the books.

Also, they state the shares will be used to pay off current debt.. So the books will be clean after the conversions.

My target re-entry will be around $0.22
