i came across this article, saying the board has proposed and agreed to an amendment to reduce the strike price of the warrants from $11.50 to $4.00. It seems currently the warrant is undervalued @ .50, compared to the common. especially considering the volatility of the stock and the fact that they don't expire until 2024. shareholders of warrants have to vote to approve before adjustment. a warrant holder would have to be a moron to ever vote against this. so any valuation discrepancy will resolve itself in time.
